Dexamethasone Potency

I took Deaxamthasone to help combat nausea caused by my chemo, and i took more doese than most people would. The only real side effects I noticed were bad constipation and a little bit of insomnia/restlessness.

Do you have an literature that I can print out and bring to my doctor to support this. Id like to get the saliva test done, but its gonna be hard living in Japan and all.
